I remember the early days well—when gold hovered around $300-$400 an ounce and spreads on major pairs were a hefty 3-4 pips. The market itself was challenging, but even more challenging was reimagining how it could be better. In 2012, I joined a small team with a vision to reshape the forex industry, founding Armada Markets. That experience marked a turning point in my career. Our focus on quality and client satisfaction helped us quickly grow, evolving Armada into Vipro Markets and eventually becoming Tickmill, where I was privileged to help build a strong brand and loyal client base as Business Development Manager.

But growth often means knowing when to move forward. I wanted to deliver more and create something unique—a place where traders would feel truly valued.
